Return & Exchange Policy

At Ya-man, we pride ourselves on offering 100% authentic products alongside a safe and dependable shopping environment. Please take a moment to review our return and refund guidelines prior to finalizing your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Pursuant to Saudi Arabia’s e-commerce laws, buyers are entitled to initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be completely unused.

  • The original factory seal and packaging must remain unopened.

  • The product must be in pristine, resalable condition.

Ya-man retains the right to reject any return requests that fail to comply with these requirements.

2. Excluded Items

Due to health, hygiene, and consumer safety regulations, the following goods cannot be returned once their seal is broken:

  • All skincare items.Serums & Gels

  • Personal care and hygiene merchandise.

  • Any item that shows signs of use or has been unsealed.

3. Skincare & Beauty Devices

Electronic beauty devices are eligible for return exclusively if:

  • They have never been used or turned on.

  • The box remains unopened and sealed.

  • Every original accessory, manual, and packaging component is present.

Note: Any device showing indications of handling or operation will be rejected.

4. Incorrect or Defective Orders

Should you receive a wrong or damaged product, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos of the item. In these specific instances, Ya-man will bear all return shipping expenses.


5. Product Representation & Variations

While Ya-man strives to display precise product details, images, and ingredient lists sourced from our suppliers, customers should note that:

  • Brands occasionally modify packaging aesthetics or labels without advance warning.

  • Manufacturers may subtly adjust formulations or ingredient sequences.

  • Colors may appear slightly different in reality due to varying screen and monitor calibrations.

  • Skincare efficacy is subjective and depends entirely on individual skin profiles.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that minor revisions by the manufacturer or slight packaging updates do not qualify as "Product Misrepresentation," as long as the delivered item is genuine and corresponds to the ordered brand. Personal dissatisfaction with results does not justify an "Item Not As Described" dispute.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Ya-man will fully cover the return logistics costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an eligible, unopened item for personal reasons, a flat return shipping fee of SAR 29 will be subtracted from your total refund.

7. Exchange Procedure

For product exchanges, the following fees apply:

  • A return transit fee of SAR 29.

  • A domestic delivery fee of SAR 29 to ship the new replacement item.

Replacement items will only be dispatched after the returned package has been successfully inspected at our facility.

8. Bundle Orders

If you return a single item purchased as part of a discounted set or bundle, the promotional discount will be voided. The remaining items you keep will be re-priced at their standalone retail value.

9. Promotional Free Gifts

If your purchase qualified for a free gift, that gift must be sent back in its original, unused condition to receive a full refund for the main order. If the gift is missing or used, its retail price will be deducted from your refund total.

10. Refund Timelines

Once your return is received and passes inspection, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank's policies, and Ya-man cannot control external banking delays.

11. Policy Misuse

Ya-man monitors return frequencies and reserves the right to take necessary actions or limit services if we detect an abuse or suspicious patterns regarding our return policy.

12. Disclaimer of Reseller Status

Ya-man functions as an independent retailer distributing genuine Ya-Man products. This policy is strictly applicable to transactions completed on Ya-man and does not cover external manufacturer warranties unless explicitly detailed.
